SOUTH AFRICAN CABANOSSI NOW ONLINE!

Our cabanossi has been a bit of a work in progress for a while but we have mastered it! After tweaking a recipe given to us by a dear friend this deliciously rich product is now one of our favourites. With hints of pepper, garlic, onion and coriander our slightly smokey pork cabanossi is seriously tasty. 

Made in house and dried in our drying rooms. This would be perfect on a grazing platter or just eat it by the stick.
